Terms and Conditions

Registration

• To place an order with AET REMOULD, you must register by creating an account on the website. You must provide accurate and truthful information, including but not limited to personal details (name, country/region, email address) and account password. You must also keep your information up to date by promptly informing us of any changes through the relevant sections of the website.
• You can register your information in your account for faster payment processing. After logging into your account, you can track your order and transaction history.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password. AET REMOULD is not responsible for any losses or expenses resulting from unauthorized use of your password.

 

Ordering Process

• All advertisements on the website are invitations to purchase, not offers for sale. AET REMOULD reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject orders after they have been completed and submitted and/or payment has been made.
• Upon receiving your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. This email only confirms that your order has been received by AET REMOULD and does not constitute acceptance of your order. AET REMOULD reserves the right to accept or reject orders for any reason at any time after receiving the order and/or payment, and will contact you via the email address provided in the order form to inform you of its decision. If AET REMOULD rejects an order, AET REMOULD has no obligation to fulfill the order, and you have no obligation to pay for it. If payment has been made, AET REMOULD will contact you and provide a full refund.

 

Products and Availability

• Our services allow you to browse the website and purchase products. As part of the service, we also provide some auxiliary services such as arranging product delivery, providing personal customer service support, and payment processing at no additional charge.
• You can browse all products on the website, refer to recommendations on the homepage, or search by category through the navigation menu. For detailed information on specifications, descriptions, and prices, click on the product image. Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only, and while we strive to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer display of the colors will be exactly the same as the actual product colors.
• Product purchases are subject to availability. If AET REMOULD notifies you that the product is no longer available, AET REMOULD has no obligation to fulfill the order, and you have no obligation to pay for it. If payment has been made, AET REMOULD will contact you and provide a full refund.
• If AET REMOULD is unable to ship the product to you or your designated recipient for any reason (including but not limited to product or certain ordered styles being out of stock or discontinued), AET REMOULD will contact you and provide a full refund. You agree that if the product cannot be shipped to you (for any reason), AET REMOULD is not responsible for any compensation or loss beyond the refund.
• As we use new materials, new processes, and new technologies to manufacture products to create new product art, you can discuss details with our experts after paying a deposit to customize your own product. The entire process takes about 2 months.

 

Prices and Payment

• Once you find a product you like, click "Add to Wishlist". You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or proceed to checkout immediately. On the checkout page, enter your address, payment method, and delivery details to complete the order. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. All accessory orders must be paid immediately through our online portal.
• For all orders except accessories, our customer service team will contact you to arrange further steps. You must enter into a separate agreement with AET REMOULD to customize the product. After order confirmation, all payments must be made via bank transfer within 15 days before we can start customizing the product. If the 15-day period has passed and payment has not been made, the quota for the customized product will be cancelled. Please refer to the separate agreement between you and AET REMOULD for details.
• While we make every effort to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover that the price of a product you ordered is incorrect, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If you have already paid for the order, a full refund will be issued within the next 15-18 days.

 

Delivery

• The estimated delivery date for products will be specified in the order confirmation email after discussing the customized product with our experts. Our delivery service will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on the estimated delivery date, but delivery may be delayed due to force majeure factors. If this happens, we will make every effort to arrange delivery of your product as soon as possible but are not responsible for any losses caused by delayed delivery.
• We are not responsible for any loss of products after they have been shipped from us or our agents or trustees to your delivery address. If the designated recipient is not you, please ensure before confirming the order that the recipient agrees to our collection, processing, and use of their personal information, including their name, address, and phone number, and agrees to transfer their personal information to us.

 

Limitation of Liability and No Warranty

• AET REMOULD assumes no responsibility or obligation for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from accessing and/or using this website, or from delays, inability to access, use this website, or any information or materials displayed or provided through this website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, nor for any equitable or injunctive relief.
• The information and materials displayed on this website are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied representations or warranties. In particular, no representations or warranties are made as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, stability, security, or freedom from computer viruses. You access and/or use the information on or provided through this website at your own risk.
• These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

Use Restrictions

• You agree to access and/or use this website for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• You agree not to:

(a) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of this website or its hosts, servers, networks, or computer systems.

(b) Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of this website or its information or materials.

(c) Use a login ID or password under false pretenses, impersonate another person, or act on behalf of another person.

• Nothing on this website shall be construed as granting any license or right to use the product marks, service marks, logos, slogans, copyrights, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on this website. AET REMOULD reserves ownership of this website.
